FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Our numbers team recognizes that communication and transparency is crucial for a successful working relationship with our Owners as well as our General Managers. We use a robust accounting system with strict processes in place to manage ordering, inventory, and budgeting. This includes leveraging real time data to allow property management to control expenses and review performance on a day-to-day basis.
